Purpose
Helping schools make everybody welcome. We exist to make accessibility simpler, more manageable, and something every school can feel confident about. We build on the thoughtfulness already happening in your school.

Mission
To equip schools with the tools and confidence to assess and improve accessibility. Our self-assessment and expert guidance support schools to consistently understand, track, and improve accessibility in practical, sustainable ways.

Vision
An education system where every school is accessible, inclusive and responsive to its unique community. We’re building a future where all pupils, parents, staff, and visitors can participate fully, feel valued, and truly belong.
Our guiding principles
We don’t just talk about values. These three principles guide everything we do and reflect how we support schools: with purpose, clarity, and deep expertise in accessibility.
We built AccessHub to turn accessibility into everyday practice, and we’ve priced it to work for schools. Positioned between free checklists and costly consultancy, it offers something better: expert-guided self-assessment, without the overhead.
We’re also investing where it matters most. Our Access Champions training is being delivered — at no cost — to over 100 staff across English MATs, supporting leadership as sector pressures grow.
Schools don’t need more complexity — they just need tools that work. That’s why AccessHub is intuitive, easy to use, and requires no training or onboarding. Whether you're a teacher or a Trust lead, it’s simple to get started and even easier to stay on track.
Every question is written in plain English, with expert guidance and cost estimates built in. Data can be filtered in powerful ways, and reports — including Accessibility Plans — are ready in a single click.
From quick wins to strategic goals, AccessHub keeps you focused on what matters, all at one fixed annual cost.
We do one thing extremely well: accessibility. That’s what makes us different. AccessHub isn’t a SEND tool or compliance system. It offers a whole-school approach to improving access — covering physical environment, leadership, information and curriculum.
Shaped by our expert team and partners in architecture, education, access consultancy, marketing and law, AccessHub is both practical and legally robust. It helps schools, MATs and LAs reduce risk, save time, and make everybody welcome.
Who we are
AccessHub is privately owned. We’re not backed by venture capital or driven by investors. Instead, we’re a small, purpose-led group committed to keeping costs low and driving mass adoption – to help make everybody welcome.
