Overview: Explore the legal, moral, and educational case for accessibility in schools. Discuss lived experiences and reflect through a whole-school lens on what accessibility really means for pupils, staff, families, and visitors.

Overview: Examine barriers and misconceptions faced by pupils, families, staff, and visitors who have hearing impairments. Discover practical solutions and how to provide respectful assistance.

Overview: Explore how physical and policy-based barriers affect people with mobility impairments. Reflect on improvements to physical layout, routines, and support strategies that promote dignity and independence.

Overview: Look at school environments, routines, transitions, language, and behaviour through the lens of neurodivergent pupils, families, and staff. Identify practical ways to adapt strategies, resources and environments for meaningful inclusion.

Champion status
To achieve Champion status, delegates complete all sessions and then apply their knowledge by auditing accessibility and uploading at least one 'Welcome Win' (mini case study). Certification is issued upon completion.
