2. Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Welcome Wins may be submitted by schools or other organisations, developed from information they have provided or approved, or independently summarised by AccessHub from appropriate sources.
The inclusion of a school, organisation or example as a Welcome Win does not necessarily imply endorsement of or participation in AccessHub unless expressly stated.
Where appropriate, AccessHub may edit, summarise, format, update, anonymise or remove Welcome Wins.
Welcome Wins are shared for information, inspiration and learning. They do not represent a guarantee that a particular approach will be suitable for every school or circumstance.
6. Submitting a Welcome Win
You may be able to submit a Welcome Win through our public website.
Welcome Wins may include personal stories and, where relevant and appropriately authorised, names, quotations, photographs, videos and relevant personal or sensitive information.
When submitting a Welcome Win, you confirm that:
- you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the relevant school or organisation;
- you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the content to AccessHub and permit AccessHub to use and publish it as described in these Terms;
- where the submission includes personal or sensitive information, names, quotations, photographs, videos or other material relating to identifiable individuals, your organisation has obtained all appropriate permissions, consents and other necessary authority for that information to be provided to and used by AccessHub for the intended purposes;
- the submission and its intended use by AccessHub comply with applicable data protection, safeguarding and other legal obligations and your organisation’s relevant policies; and
- the submission does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party.
Personal or sensitive information should only be included where it is relevant and proportionate to the story.
You must not submit confidential pupil records, Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), medical or safeguarding records, individual assessments, personal contact information or other unnecessary confidential or sensitive information.
By submitting a Welcome Win, you grant AccessHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display and distribute the submitted content in connection with AccessHub, including through our website, platform, social media, communications, presentations, case studies, guidance, training and promotional materials.
AccessHub may edit, format, shorten or adapt a submission for clarity, consistency, accessibility, length or style, provided that its meaning is not materially misrepresented. We may also anonymise content where appropriate.
All Welcome Wins are moderated. Submission does not guarantee publication, and AccessHub may decline, edit, anonymise, withdraw or remove a submission where we reasonably consider this appropriate, including for editorial, privacy, safeguarding, legal or reputational reasons. AccessHub may contact you or the relevant school or organisation to verify a submission or the authority or permissions relating to it before publication.
If you become aware that permission or consent relating to a published Welcome Win has been withdrawn, or that information within it is inaccurate or should no longer be published, please contact AccessHub promptly.
7. Other Content You Submit
Where you provide information or material to AccessHub through another public website feature – for example, a contact form, feedback form or resource submission – you must ensure that you are entitled to provide that information and that it is lawful and appropriate to do so.
Please do not provide confidential or sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for the purpose of the relevant form or AccessHub has expressly requested it.
