2. What You Must Not Upload (Acceptable Use)

• Personal or sensitive data about pupils, parents, or staff (e.g. names, SEND records, medical details).
• Images without consent from anyone identifiable.
• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Any material designed to disrupt, overload, or interfere with AccessHub’s systems or security.
• Any attempt to scrape, bulk download, or misuse AccessHub’s framework, recommendations, or platform content.

If you upload content in breach of these rules, AccessHub may remove it and/or suspend your account. You remain fully responsible for your uploads.

3. Welcome Wins Submissions

When you upload a Welcome Win or case study, you grant us a licence to use, edit, and share it within AccessHub, on our website, in marketing, and on social media.

All submissions are moderated before publication.

You must not include personal or sensitive data. If images are included, you must have appropriate consent.

4. How We Use Information

• Provide and manage access to the platform.
• Support and communicate with schools.
• Improve services through usage analysis.
• Share anonymised, aggregated data with local authorities, the DfE, and sector partners.
• Manage billing, subscriptions, discounts, and referral codes.
• Publish approved Welcome Wins and resources.

We never sell personal data.

• Parent accounts (MAT/LA): may access linked school accounts.
• Referral/partner organisations: may receive aggregated participation data where referral codes are used. Partners may also receive commission.

• Contract (to provide platform services).
